Bila Tengku Temenggung Bersuara...
As quoted from The Star online, Monday July 20, 2009:
The prince had named Cik Puan Temenggong Manohara Odelia Pinot and her mother, Daisy Fajarina as defendants.
The prince was granted leave by the High Court at 11:05am Monday to commence legal proceedings against both defendants.
High Court senior assistant registrar Safarudin Tambi granted the order in his chambers after the prince’s lawyer Mohd Haaziq Pillay applied for the leave.
Mohd Haaziq had filed a writ of summons for the leave application at 9:01am Monday.
Speaking to reporters, Mohd Haaziq said he had to get leave in order to serve the writ to the defendants, who were both staying in Indonesia.
“The defendants have 21 days to file their statement of defence over the defamation suit.
“I think this is the best opportunity for them to come forward to defend their claims. If anything, the High Court will be the correct forum and the best way to prove their case.
“It must be substantive; otherwise, you will have to pay the price for the matter,” he said.
He said his client had filed the suit over all allegedly slanderous words and statements made against him between April and June this year.
Mohd Haaziq said his team would take effort to serve the papers to both defendants, perhaps through the Indonesian or Malaysian embassy.
“I was told that Manohara has Malaysian lawyers acting for her on legal matters; if they can accept the documents on their (the defendants’) behalf, we will just pass them the documents,” he added.
In the statement of claim filed Monday, the prince said the defamatory words, which were widely printed and circulated online in Malaysia and Indonesia, meant that he was guilty of torturing, abusing and raping Manohara.
The prince said the words implied that he was guilty of mistreatment of his wife and sexually harassing her.
Among others, the prince said the words also portrayed him as guilty of forcibly abducting Manohara and unlawfully confining her.
The prince said the words were calculated to disparage him in the eyes of the members of the royalty, the government and the public.
Tengku Muhammad Fakhry said the allegations were baseless and maliciously uttered, causing him to suffer personal anguish and embarrassment.
The prince said he has been brought into public scandal, odium and contempt.
In elaborating the particulars of damage, the prince said he was forced to initiate legal proceedings to clear his good name.
He is seeking RM35mil each in aggravated, exemplary and compensatory damages.
Apart from that, the prince is applying for an injunction to restrain the defendants from further speaking and uttering similar words and statements against him.
He is seeking costs, interest and any relief deemed fit by the court.
On July 5, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry had filed two applications against Manohara at the Syariah High and Lower Courts in Kota Baru, demanding the return of a nearly RM1mil loan and that she be loyal to him.
According to the prince, the couple got married on Aug 26, 2008 and had stayed together at Mahkota Palace in Kubang Kerian.
At the lower Syariah court, the prince claimed that that he had issued an ultimatum to Manohara on June 26, through the local media, to return to his side and reconcile by July 2 and carry out her responsibility as a wife under Syariah laws.
The prince contended that Manohara was duly informed of the ultimatum via the media but she failed to comply and he asked the court to issue an order to reconcile or deem her to be nusyuz (recalcitrant). The case is set for mention on Aug 2.
Manohara, 17, a former teen model, fled from her husband on May 31 when they were in Singapore to visit his father, the Sultan of Kelantan, who was being treated at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital for a heart ailment.
She returned to Jakarta after accusing the 31-year-old prince of abusing her physically and sexually.

As Well He Should..
From the star online, July 6, 2009
KOTA BARU: Tengku Temenggong Muhammad Fakhry Sultan Ismail Petra filed two applications at the Kelantan Syariah High and Lower courts here on Sunday demanding the return of nearly RM1mil from his wife Cik Puan Temenggong Manohara Odelia Pinot and her return.
In the affidavit filed by Zainul Rijal Abu Bakar and Abdul Halim Bahari on behalf of Tengku Muhammad Fakhry before Syariah High Court registrar Abu Bakar Abdullah Kutty, he claimed that before he married Manohara, she and her mother Daisy Farajina, had borrowed money from him totaling RM338,500 including a Swiss-made Audemars Piguet watch costing RM174,000.
Tengku Muhammad Fakhry also claimed that throughout their marriage from August 26 2008, Manohara or her mother had borrowed a further sum of RM634,250.
He said they understood the total of RM972,750 was a debt that had to be repaid.
He also said that, to date, the sum had yet to be settled and asked the court to order Manohara to pay the sum borrowed, costs and other relief deemed fit by the court.
At the lower Syariah court, Zainul Rijal and Abdul Halim also filed a summon on behalf of Tengku Muhammad Fakhry to demand the return of Manohara who had yet to come back to their client although an ultimatum to do so had been issued.
In his affidavit, he said that in the earlier stages of his marriage to Manohara, everything was blissful until Daisy started slandering him in the Indonesian media and that affected his relationship with Manohara.
He added that on May 31, 2009, while the couple was in Singapore keeping vigil on his father Sultan Ismail Petra Sultan Yahya Petra who was suffering from a heart ailment, Manohara left for Indonesia on her own accord.
He further said Manohara did not return to him and, in fact, had slandered him in the Indonesian media.
Tengku Muhammad Fakhry said Manohara’s action had tarnished his name and the Kelantan Royal Palace in the eyes of the Kelantanese subjects.
He claimed that that he issued an ultimatum to Manohara on June 26, through the local media, to return to his side and reconcile by Jul 2 and carry out her responsibility as a wife under the Syariah laws.
He added that Manohara was duly informed of the ultimatum via the media but she failed to comply and he asked the court to issue an order to reconcile or deem her to be nusyuz (recalcitrant).
He also claimed costs and other relief deemed fit by the court.
Tengku Muhammad Fakhry’s counsels also made an application for a notice of interlocutory at the Lower Syariah court to be served to Manohara via hand, Malaysian Embassy in Indonesia, advertisement in Indonesian newspapers or via post.
Abu Bakar who received the notice allowed the application.
The case is set for mention on Aug 2.

Highly Commendable
yang ni, baru je baca di NST Online. Just been posted, by the looks of it :

Royal couple's marital affair is personal: Kelantan palace
KUALA LUMPUR, Sat: The Kelantan palace has reiterated that the marriage of Tengku Temenggong Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Sultan Ismail Petra and Cik Puan Manohara Odelia Pinot is a personal matter.
In a statement to Bernama here today, Royal Palace Coordinator Datuk Abdul Halim Hamad said that as such, it had nothing to do with the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Ismail Petra Ibni Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra, Regent of Kelantan Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra, who is also the Crown Prince, and the Kelantan Sultan's Office.
Abdul Halim said the statement was issued as instructed by Tengku Muhammad Faris.
"It is hoped that the issue will be resolved fairly according to the law. I hope both of them will be given enough space to solve their problems," he said.
This is the first time the Kelantan palace has issued a statement on the marriage after Manohara ran away from the prince last month, upon returning from Singapore where the couple had gone to visit the Sultan who was recovering from a heart ailment at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
The issue of the marriage was sensationalised by the media, especially in Indonesia. Manohara, a former Indonesian model, has filed for divorce while her husband lodged a police report, denying allegations made against him by his wife and her mother, Daisy Fajarina.
Meanwhile, Abdul Halim said that the Sultan, who was still receiving treatment at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, was in stable condition.
He said all members of the royal family were also in Singapore.
He also urged the public to pray for the recovery of the Sultan and all issues involving the Kelantan palace to be resolved. -- BERNAMA

I rasa this is most appropriate of the Istana Kelantan in handling this matter. It is highly commendable. Istana Kelantan memang cool. Memang kes ni being sensationalised at its worst.
Personally, I will pray for the speedy recovery of the Sultan and for this particular matter to be resolved in the most appropriate way.

Kelantan prince orders estranged wife to return by July 2
PETALING JAYA: The Tengku Temenggong of Kelantan Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Sultan Ismail Petra has ordered his estranged wife Manohara Odelia Pinot to return to him by July 2, failing which he will proceed with legal action.
Stating that he was her lawful husband under Syariah law, he said Manohara’s rightful place was by his side and that she should obey him as long as it was according to the law.
Tengku Muhammad Fakhry said this to Manohara in a letter that was passed to his lawyer in Indonesia to be forwarded to her.
A copy of the letter was also sent as a press release to the media by his lawyer Zainul Rijal Abu Bakar here yesterday.
Tengku Muhammad Fakhry’s letter further read that he had engaged Zainul Rijal as his Syariah lawyer and Mohd Haziq Pillay as his civil lawyer.
Manohara, 17, a former Indonesian teen model, had fled from her husband on May 31 when they were in Singapore to visit his father, the Sultan of Kelantan, who was being treated at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital for a heart ailment.
She returned to Jakarta after accusing the 31-year-old prince of abusing her physically and sexually.
A medical examination in Jakarta allegedly stated she was repeatedly slashed with sharp objects on her chest and had been burnt with a cigar on her forehead.
Manohara had previously said she wanted to divorce her husband. Tengku Muhammad Fakhry lodged a police report on June 11 against her allegations.

secondly, i tengok argument dia dah melampau-lampau sangat. and contradicting everytime. macam ada satu instance dia kata dia kena dera menggunakan seterika di dahi at a certain date. tapi at that date and the days after that dia punya public appearance tak ada lak bekas cop seterika kat muka dia. to this, i suka nak say something, ayat yang selalu i gunakan untuk orang-orang yang 'perasan cerdik' ni : JUST BECAUSE YOU think YOU'RE SMART, JANGAN INGAT ORANG LAIN TAK PANDAI. Kan dah last-last statement sendiri belit leher sendiri.
itu baru sikit aje, tak perlu la disenaraikan accusations dia yang lain-lain. they are so ridiculous in such a way that daripada I nak ketawakan dia, sampai jatuh kesian pula menengokkan betapa teruknya level of thinking dia...
Referring to the above news report, I think that's a smart move by Tengku Temenggong. Biarlah segalanya diselesaikan dengan ikut procedures dan in a proper and noble way. I tak rasa dia long for his so-called wife to return sangat pun.. I wish him all the best and I hope he will move forward after all these dah selesai.

Expensive...
From The Star,Thursday June 11, 2009
KL and JB among most expensive Asian cities
SINGAPORE: Kuala Lumpur, Johor Baru and George Town are among the cities which are gaining reputation as the most expensive ones in Asia.
An ECA International survey on the 50 most expensive Asian cities ranked Kuala Lumpur at number 38, Johor Baru (40th) and George Town (42nd).
Globally, Kuala Lumpur is placed 210th, Johor Baru (216th) and George Town (218th).
According to ECA, strong currencies were pushing up the cost of living in Asian locations.
Tokyo, it said, remained the most expensive city in Asia due to the appreciation of the yen against other major currencies.
Others are Beijing (ranked 5th), Shanghai (6th), Hong Kong (7th) and Singapore (10th).
ECA regional director for Asia Lee Quane said the strengthening of Asian currencies was the factor which contributed to the region being more expensive for visitors than it was a year ago.
The cost of living survey is carried out by ECA bi-annually by comparing a basket of commonly purchased consumer goods and services in 370 locations worldwide. — Bernama

I know not what's in the mind of this woman who abused her child consistently.
More often than not, I encounter the case of pempuan-pempuan yang nak kawen tapi tak fikir fasal tanggungjawab langsung. Main tangkap muat aje. Hence, if anything goes wrong, selalunya anak la yang jadi mangsa... contohnya macam dalam link yang I letak kat atas tu.
I had tears in my eyes earlier on Thursday morning when I read that newspaper report. I though, apa jenis punya perempuan la tu. Kononnya facing difficulties lepas divorce. TOTALLY STUPID.

TO WOMEN OUT THERE, yang mana belum berumahtangga tapi terasa teringinnn sangat nak berumahtangga.. atau berangan sangat nak kawen, kalau rasa belum betul betul ready, tak usahlah menambahkan masalah. Nanti ada jiwa-jiwa lain yang merana.
More often than not, I encounter the case of pempuan-pempuan yang nak kawen tapi tak fikir fasal tanggungjawab langsung. Main tangkap muat aje. Hence, if anything goes wrong, selalunya anak la yang jadi mangsa... contohnya macam dalam link yang I letak kat atas tu.

I thought of my niece, and my sister Yati. Of how careful she is when caring for her daughter, of her sacrifice bila Anis sakit. Of her daily motherly duties. And I ask myself, hapa jenis la manusia yang sanggup mendera anak sendiri macam dalam newspaper report tu, sampai patah gigi bawah, tinggal gums aje. Just imagine, kita yang dah dewasa ni still rasa sakit giler kalau cabut gigi. Apalagi la a boy aged 5... God, the very thought of her beating him sampai gigi tanggal.. how on earth did he go to sleep in pain.. macamana dia nak makan, siapa yang comfort the boy when he's being abused..Dear God, have mercy on the boy. Take him away from his insane mother forever and put him under the loving arms of truly kind-hearted people.
I remember reading what Datuk Seri Shahrizat said about this matter:
“There are other ways to solve your problems, be it through family, community or the Welfare Department,”
And I am in total agreement with her. There are so many ways to solve one's problems.
Tapi, untuk perempuan yang dah teruk sangat macam dalam kes dalam newspaper tu, my only suggestion is... hey why not you kill yourself la. That way, you are not only doing yourself a favor, but a big favor to everyone else. Your son will not need you pun, if you continue to behave like that.

I never make the mistake of arguing with people for whose opinions I have no respect.

two things can be derived from this particular fav quote of mine:
1. kalau something or someone is so bad, kalau kita nak fight pun, janganlah sampai kita jadi teruk cam benda atau orang tu. so in fighting/arguing, kita kena careful.
2. kalau kita tengok/judge sesuatu atau seseorang, benda tu atau orang tu pun pandai gak menilai kita. it follows kalau diri tak sehebat mana, jangan simply nak show-off.
I found this in a book The Abyss along time ago. There's one movie with the same title. Buku tu la yang diaorang buat movie tu. I love the book and the movie. Memang accurate quote tu dengan movie tu.
Still on argument, the following is quite funny and cute, but in some ways, very smart:
After a heated argument on some trivial matter, Lady Nancy Astor shouted, If I were your wife, I would put poison in your coffee! Whereupon Sir Winston Churchill answered, And if I were your husband I would drink it.

Be Nice To People
Dia selalu kata "Be nice to people".
Yeah, I just picked up the house line. It was a call from a rather well known florist in this city. Something about the flower arrangement for the wedding.
One can always tell if a person is classy or not. And in this particular case, the person calling was indeed the daughter of the owner of that business. She was looking for my Mom. But the way she spoke, though simple, told it all. She was courteous, polite, humble yet she sound so classy.
I mean she could have been arrogant, or proud, or anything. You could call them the florist to the Crown here. They are in charge of royal functions, too.
But no, they are nice people, despite the fact that they own a well-known business.
That's what classy means. Virtuous. Some people may look classy, but the moment they speak, it's all rubbish. What a tragedy.
Virtue is the truest nobility ~ Miguel De Cervantes

Wrath
What A Shame.

JB Uptown @ Larkin Perdana
Malam tadi Lin and myself ada pergi Larkin sekejap, nak cari exam centre for Peperiksaan Geng 14 SPA this Saturday. Kat Larkin is my centre. Si Lin dah confident dia punya dekat Kebun Teh. Our Mom dah kata, this place is so near to Larkin Perdana. Bila dah jumpa, kita beralih pula ke Uptown version JB, the newly launched Uptown Larkin Perdana.....

the concept is very much like that of Damansara Uptown. But, since it's really new, tak banyak lagi kedai-kedai yang ada... kedai-kedai makan memang banyak yang buka di shoplots tu... jadi lepas beli-beli barang, memang cantikk la kalau singgah makan-makan. Lin beli t-shirts.. then abang kedai tu ceritalah sikit tentang uptown ni.. dia kata, the real target is nak penuhkan the whole street dengan kedai-kedai.. but takes time la, to achieve that..
dah sudah tu, ajak Lin gi minum lak kat this one restaurant called Anggun Restoran. We just had our dinner before keluar rumah, so minum je la. Kenyang lagi time tu.

Lin order teh ais, and for me it's teh tarik. Sad to say, kita tak suka teh ais dan teh tarik dia. Rasa semacam sikit. Not that it's too sweet. Bukan. Tapi rasa dia lain. Pelik. Our grandma in Skudai punya teh susu pun lagi rasa macam teh tarik daripada kedai ni punya. Tapi bab makanan dia kitaorang memang tak tau, sebab cuma minum teh saja. Kalau nak tau, cubalah makan di sini... tapi air teh dia memang kureng la.Thursday, March 27, 2008
Maturity

The secret of genius is to carry the spirit of childhood into maturity --Thomas Henry Huxley
Ada juga jenis-jenis manusia yang suka timbulkan maturity issue to the point of annoyance. Orang-orang macam ni yang selalunya yang immature. I don't know if they have identity crisis or something, but these people, in trying and wanting so much to appear matured, dia jadi macam outstandingly childish sampai naik menyampah tengok.
Don't be surprised, though, if you notice, orang macam nilah yang selalu point at orang lain as "tak matured" or "macam budak-budak". As for me, personally I tak pernah peduli pun kalau orang nak kata I macam ni. Hey, in every man there lurks a child, ain't it? If you cannot accept that, then truly, you are not matured. For these reasons lah, until now, at this age, I memang suka main playstation, or watch Cartoon Network, or buy soft toys, or play kite ~ the list is endless. So what?

Maturity begins when we're content to feel we're right about something without feeling the necessity to prove someone else wrong. -- Sydney J. Harris
This is another thing. Kalau ada crisis ke, atau problem ke, maturity calls a person to deal with it in the most sensible way and tackle the issues steadily. Meaning, takde lah nak heret mak bapak sekali ke, siblings ke, or panggil gang ke.. kan? Or buat roadshow sana sini, announce to the whole world. Ataupun buat ungkit-mengungkit session. I mean, if you are confident enough that you are blameless and innocent, then diam-diam sudahlah. No need to go out of the way pulak nak tunjuk diri sendiri betul and others are wrong. Amazingly, many people tend to have lots of energies kalau nak buat benda-benda macam ni. *sighs*

Relationships are the hallmark of the mature person. -- Brian Tracy
Ni yang paling best dalam dunia.. eheh nak cakap banyak-banyak pun malas, takut ada yang terasa kan. Anyways, kalau nak tau orang tu mature ke tak, one way is to look at him or her in handling a relationship. Like I said, ni yang paling seronok tengok, sey. In small quantities, immaturity boleh jadi cute, amusing and sweet. Excessively, it could be a tragedy and may lead a husband to betray his wife, a boyfriend five-timing his girlfriend and vice versa.
Having an elderly boyfriend teaches me so many things where maturity is concerned. Yeah, mine is the kind of man who could easily reduce me to tears with his sharp glance, or silence me with merely a word ~ a prerogative that nobody else enjoys where I am concerned but please don't tell him this, ever! Yeah, with him, tak usahlah nak buat stunt yang bukan-bukan, i.e. kalau u had a small fight while travelling in a car, janganlah nak suruh dia turunkan tepi jalan ke apa ke. Or swear using foul words, or raise your voice. Yeah, jangan cari nahas.
Trust is also another element of maturity. I, for one, do not think that constantly browsing through the mobile phone of your spouse is a healthy thing to do. Or calling your spouse every hour just to check. Or constantly texting your spouse informing about your location. Man, I don't have the energy to do that. Takde kerja nak check ni.. tapi kalau terjumpa sendiri tu lain cerita lah kan.
Jadi kenalah pandai-pandai find the right balance. That's what maturity is all about...

Tapi kalau dah melampau sangat immature, memanglah tak kuasa nak layan lagi dah. Be it in a friendship or in a relationship. Normally in this case, I would decide that we've come to the end of the line lah.. ewah macam lagu plak la kan. Tak kuasa nak layan lagi.. PENAT!

Kenangan Terindah (for today la...)
Sebab apa I kata busy monday, sebab memang sangat busy.. and I am putting it into separate entries. Hehehehehe senang nak ingat.
Balik dari Tanjung Pelepas, actually tak terus balik rumah. Sebab dah tengahari, so aku racun my parents singgah ada satu restoran kat Bandar Baru UDA, beli briyani ahahaha. Best sey kedai dia siap ada caramel pudding. Dari situ melarat lak gi Kedai Gan, orang yang paling banyak berjasa dalam bab betulkan barang-barang elektrik rumah kita. Official supplier pun ya gak. Sebenarnya I suruh my Dad ambil TV yang dah siap kat Kedai Gan tu. Dia pun ada nak ambik barang apa ntah yang dia suruh Uncle Gan tu repair. My Mom lak lesap gi pharmacy beli ubat for my Grandma. Yipppeee! TV I dah siap!!
Kemudian my Dad tetiba ajak gi Plaza Angsana, sebab dah dekat sangat. Nak pick up something kat sana. Maka kami bertiga berarak plak gi Angsana. Kat Angsana nilah satu insiden terpenting dan kenangan terindah untuk hari ni berlaku...
I saw him again.. kebetulan terjumpa.. huhuhuhu.. dalam hati aku dah bersorak dulu. Tapi sohih memula dia tak kenal, because I didn't take my sunglasses off.. ahahaha senjata ampuh la katakan.. cara ni la paling berkesan buat surrround scan dari jarak jauh. Macam biasa I buat bodoh je, buat tak reti. Padahal dalam hati aku dah bergema gendang perang gitu... This time around dia lagi daring sey, berani keluarkan ayat-ayat flirtatious. Dah tu, nama aku, full name, dia asyik sebut banyak kali...
Relax, brader.. taulah nama aku sedap, tapi jangan sebut banyak kali. Kang sendiri susah. Almaklum, nama macam fairy tale ni, selalunya ada 'penjaga'nya.. muahahahahha. Anyway, walaupun I happy gak la terserempak ngan dia, tapi I maintain cool je. Definitely there were sparks, tapi takkan nak ilang akal, beb. I tak banyak cakap la, kalau dia tanya kekadang aku angkat kening and smile. Bangsawan la katakan muahahahhhahha...
Well, can say that I look forward to seeing him again.. best kan kalau terjumpa orang yang kita tak expect jumpa, especially kalau orang tu termasuk senarai orang-orang yang dalam perhatian ahahahahahha. See, this is one of the reasons why I consider myself as being lucky. Selalu je dapat chances macam gini.
So, relax dulu, banyak benda nak buat lagi.. nanti bila semua dah okay esok, tau lah aku nak cari pasal ehehehhehe.... Uppsss.. takleh cakap lebih-lebih... SShhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Self-Observatory Note by Spec
Until today, I have literally stopped eating :
1. Egg - in whatever form.
2. Chocolate.
and reduced the quantity and frequency of eating rice, and drinking Nescafe (my favourite).
In actual fact, I do not believe in doing something drastically to achieve desired results. I am losing weight. But I want to lose it for good. So I must do it right. That's all for now, I guess. Will update more later. I am gonna have to undergo another treatment soon and am really looking forward to it.

Old Flame
Just a note here that yesterday I met an old flame. A major old flame. And it is duly noted.

Your Personality : His vs Mine
Okay, take a break from Health and Beauty for a short while. I found this interesting Your Personality thing from this blog. Anyone interested can check yours from there. Here's a forensic analysis of His and Mine.
1. By Name
His : Does your name begin with: B? You give off vibes of lazy sensuality. You enjoy being romanced, wined, and dined. You are very happy to receive gifts as a statement of the affection of your lover. You want to be pampered and know how to pamper your mate. You are private in your statement of endearments, and particular when it comes to love. You will hold off until everything meets with your approval. You can control your appetite & feelings. You require new sensations and experiences. You are willing to experiment.
Mine : Does your name begin with: A? U are not particularly romantic, but you are interested in action. You mean business. With you, what you see is what you get. You have no patience for flirting and can't be bothered with someone who is trying to be coy, cute, demure, and subtly enticing. You are an up-front person. You often don't get hints & you never pass any. Brains turn you on. You must feel that your partner is intellectually stimulating; otherwise you will find it difficult to sustain the relationship. You require loving, cuddling, wining, and dining to know that you're being appreciated. Your mate's physical attractiveness is important for you. You tend to be very practical, & not very emotional. Your choices are very good & can only lead to trouble. You are very self satisfied & egoistic.
2. By Month
His : JULY *Fun to be with *Secretive *Difficult to fathom and to be understood *Quiet unless excited or tensed *Takes pride in oneself *Has reputation *Easily consoled *Honest *Concern about people's feelings *Tactful *Friendly *Approachable *Very emotional *Temperamental and unpredictable *Moody and easily hurt *Witty and starkly *Sentimental *Not revengeful *Forgiving but never forgets *Dislike nonsensical and unnecessary things *Guides others physically and mentally *Sensitive and forms impressions carefully *Caring and loving *Treats others equally *Strong sense of sympathy *Wary and sharp *Judge people through observations *Hardworking *No difficulties in studying *Loves to be alone *Always broods about the past and the old friends *Likes to be quiet *Homely person *Waits for friends *Never looks for friends *Not aggressive unless provoked *Prone to having stomach and dieting problems *Loves to be loved *Easily hurt but takes long to recover *Overly concerned *Puts in effort in work.

Kejam dan Zalim Part II
He called me around 8 pm something just now as I was busy arranging my storybooks in my room. So we were talking about this unfortunate prominent someone who was involved in the "VCD" scandal.
Generally I was in agreement with him, in saying that there are many prominent people out there who did the same thing (or even worse) but this one person has clearly been set up by someone with a motive. He just got very unlucky, that's all.
I said " Yalah, it's something too common. It's like everbody's doing it. Semua orang pun, especially prominent ones, tak kira Malay ke, Chinese ke, Indian ke, mesti ada buat kerja gitu. Clearly, it's so wrong, but he's not alone definitely."
Eh, dia quickly potong cakap I. Dia kata "Well, I have to disagree with you on that.. on saying everybody's doing it...." (he said this in a very indescribably irritating way. Eleh, dia nak kata dia tak macam gitu lah, ces nak promote diri konon. And I, with the speed of light cut him ..)
"Oh yes, you of course lah tidak, I know you tak buat kerja macam tu, because no sane woman would want to sleep with you".
Lepas tu dia gelak-gelak la, konon nak cover. But I know I did make him bleed inside.
PADAN MUKA, siapa suruh tak reti-reti. Nak cakap, cakap ajelah. Tak payahlah nak pancing undi, takde siapa nak vote muka engkau tu (ni dah habis geram lah ni). I wouldn't mind talking to him, tapi for the love of God, please quit trying.
Sorry, man. You're Dead On Arrival.

Kejam dan Zalim?
"Kau memang kejam. Macam Nazi."
Itu kata-kata Red Devil, when I told her about him. Remember, I told you about that guy, who kinda annoyed me to the max?
This is what. He called me on December 31st, afternoon, konon nak wish Happy New Year. I took his call because it looked like he has learnt some lessons lah kan. But he sounded, like, so ill. You know, suara dia slow, cakap pun tak berapa clear. And me, being me, tak buang masa, terus attack.
"You ni kenapa? Sakit?"
"Yalah, sakit. Demam lah. Since yesterday. But I'm like 70-80% recovered."
Cheh, you want to fish for attention, go elsewhere lah ya. Because, Number One, I do not really like you. And you are just another friend. Number Two, kalau I layan, you menjadi-jadi. So...
"Macam mana boleh demam? You kena hujan ke?" (And I said this in a sympathetic tone.. baik je bunyi heheheheh...)
"Yalah.. kena hujan.. teruklah..."
And...
"Hahah... kena hujan pun boleh demam? Malulah sikit, I yang perempuan ni pun tak selembik you (paling teruk pun pening kepala je tapi aku tak cakaplah kat orang tua ni). I rasa you're getting old, that's why."
"Yalah... I dah tua..." (konon buat suara sedih... apa, ingat I kesian?)
Some more...
"Ke you pergi party all night long on Christmas? Hangover?"
"Must be that as well... Haiya teruklah" (Tak putus asa nampaknya.. nak pancing kesian. Hai entah siapalah cikgu yang mengajar dia ni)
"You ni, dah tua macam ni pun nak party all night lagi ke? I yang much younger ni pun taklah gila pergi party like you. Sedarlah you are no longer young like you used to be. Dah tua."
"Yalah.. I ni tua.. anyway just call to wish you Happy New Year. All the best, okay". He said this dengan suara terbatuk-batuk... menunjukkan how much he was in pain, konon-konon-kononnya..
During the whole conversation, I was like, laughing non-stop. He noticed that, apparently for he said "Wah, you betul-betul suka eh, I sakit. You ketawa saja eh?".
"Eh, mestilah suka... selalu you sound so alive and you know, so okay. So when you sound so weak, mestilah I suka." And I continued laughing....
"Yalah, yalah. So okay, you take care..."
"Wait, wait. Nak letak dah ke? Tell me, malam ni you pergi mana nak celebrate New Year?" (and after this I ketawakan dia lagi banyak-banyak-banyak.
"Yalah, ketawalah.." he said.
"Okay call me back whenever you are not feeling well. Nanti boleh I ketawa lagi. Ingat tu, when you're not feeling well. Not when you are feeling better. Okay? Happy New Year. Bye."
So that was that. Remember I said, I could be cruel and I could be mean. Itu pun sikit saja tu. Well, siapa suruh buat tak faham bahasa.
Yes, I boleh jadi kejam dan zalim when the need arises. For very good reasons. And in this case, I do not want to encourage him further. For his own good juga. Hai tak payahlah nak fishing with kindness and sweet words. Like my Jedi Master said, DULY NOTED. Sorry.

Stubborn
Sometimes being stubborn can generate positive results. But sometimes it could be a major annoyance.
People have described me as being stubborn (which i am not proud of, by the way). Kalaupun I ni dikatakan stubborn, it is due to a very good reason, or because i am defending my rights, NOT because I want to show people that I am stubborn.
My Mom used to tell me many, many years ago " Jangan degil-degil sangat, nanti berpadah". An advice which I appeared to take lightly but in actual fact, I did consider in depth when alone. But, what she said has some truth in it, yes. Memang berpadah kalau terlalu degil tak tentu hala.
So, kalau hidup sentiasa dilanda padah bertimpa-timpa, then perhaps we should review our own life. Chances are, we will find that apa yang berlaku adalah berpunca daripada diri sendiri. So sebelum menyalahkan sesiapa lebih baiklah 'audit' diri sendiri dahulu, without bias.
So, atas alasan ini juga kalau I nak take risk for anything, apa-apa akibat yang terjadi I akan tanggung sendiri, tak ada bising-bising punya.
