Today, we did something called Toxin Management Treatment. Ada rasa nak melolong when the consultant massaged the lymph nodes. And, look what I've got today! I swear, they don't like me and they wanna see me die! Hehehe....
Detoxification Fruit Diet Plan
In addition, I am to drink plain, warm water - maximum 3 litres each day.
And... THAT WOULD BE ALL. Fruit and plain water.
Please pray that I will have the 'strength' to do this.

spec.. sounds interesting.. good luck ok.. make sure u eat plenty of the fruits so tht u won't feel hungry.. tp mkn buah tu cpt rasa kenyang kan esp papaya kan psl fiber tu kot agak nye ek.. cpt je rs penuh nanti.. tp kan spec.. mkn nenas pepagi tu for bfst..? x luka ke perut dibuat nye..? ehehehe ke i yg x tau ni.. kalau nak lagi sedap, mkn papaya tu with kuah rojak buah bleh ke..? after 4 days, u can continue with normal food kan..? i mean foods that within the diet plan la ek..?
if u don't mind me asking, who's the consultant spec..? m***e f***c* ke..? pape pun good luck ok.. the determined jedi can definitely do that.. :)
strawb, no it is in no way interesting. not when your house if full of food. i don't really like pineapples. memang i makan until i am full, the fruits i mean. consultant kata makan sampai kenyang. eh tapi memang makan buah cepat kenyang like u said, it's true.
so many people told me, makan nenas for breakfast not good, sebab tajam. also, nenas tak bagus untuk perempuan esp yang belum give birth. i pun cuak gak, tapi redah je la, dah benda lain tak dibaginya makan. semua i makan gitu je takde cecah anything.
after 4 days continue with the normal prescribed meal plan aritu tu. sekarang ni plak "time-of-the-month" susah betul.
No, not MF. It's LWM, also at Plaza Pelangi. TQ for the wish, strawb, please pray that I will be successful in this mission.
i pun x suka sgt pineapple.. kalau mkn cicah rojak buah tu ok la.. tu pun x leh mkn byk sgt nanti lidas ehehe..
i penah la skali skala time cuti tp hubby g keje tu (slalu nye saturday la psl hubby mmg sabtu working day dia), i mkn buah je for the whole day.. tp x leh la mkn skit2.. kalau papaya tu mau la sebijik i mkn for the whole day.. or kalau grape tu smpi seplastik eheheh.. bukan psl nak detox tp psl i x smpt (read: malas) nak msk utk mkn sensorg eheh.. i'll read ur article in ur other blog about the detox plan, kalau mcm bagus leh la i try gak.. dpt one day a week pun jadik la ek utk flush toxin eheh..
kalau ada positive development inform la ek.. mana tau i can enroll also in LWM :D
samalah.. i kalau dalam rojak atau acar tu pun makat sket sket je.. lagi suka amik timun..
oh, u rajin jugala buat detox project.. patut cepat slim lorr... hmm tapi kalau banyakkan fibre in daily menu pun dah okay kan? a'ah i read the best for detox is one week... ni nasib 4 hari itu pun dah nyawa-nyawa ikan hehehee..
article tu not about detox plan so much strawb, just about detox in general and the advantages je..
boleh Insya Allah.. will let you know kalau ada positive development.. hmmm kalau u enroll mesti sekejap je strawb nak slim.. entah-entah terus body sculpting aje.
i dr lps bersalin dulu plan nak enroll spec.. dok consider either MF or other MF in pelangi.. (ehehe other MF is Mayfair, my fren gi sini dia ckp quite good also..) at least kalau kita enroll ni ada la professional yg guide kan n motivated la skit kan nak control ape2 n exercise more.. tp mcm x sempat je.. i kalau nak pegi sape lak nak jaga kan hasif ni.. nursery saturday half day je.. n i have to work also every alternate saturday.. dah la jauh gak la pelangi to from my place.. mm best nye la spec kalau i dpt join u pegi LWM :( at least motivated skit..
oh, jadi memang u dah lama plan nak enrol la ya strawb..bagus lah tu, buat awal-awal, kejap je dah turun..
samalah, i rasa kalau ada professional guide pun better.. convincing kan strawb.. and more motivated.
kalau you nak buat weekdays also can, buka sampai pukul 9 weekdays, special untuk orang bekerja.
jomlah join, ada jugak gang..but your session mesti tak lama, sebab you have no problem pun.. and you will be my motivation pula.. for a speedy reduction..
